The purpose of our remuneration, benefits and recognition and Awards programs are to ensure employees are fairly remunerated and recognized for their contribution to the business. Our remuneration package includes a combination of salary, bonus and benefits and as managers we play an important role in ensuring our team are fairly rewarded. The company offers a range of benefits to employees including the opportunity to join our group Southern Cross medical insurance scheme and receive subsidised rates. Managers need to be familiar with our annual salary review process and their part in that process and to be confident in handling the ad hoc requests for a salary review we sometimes receive.
