This award is open to all staff that support our Branches including CSM’s, Data Integrity roles, event coordinators, and all staff based at support office.

Service awards

The purpose of our Service Award Program is to acknowledge and value our people and their tenure; recognising that committed, high performing staff provide significant value to the business. The Service Award framework spells out what service recognition employees are entitle to as their service increases.
