Supporter of the year
This award recognises any employee who supports the work done within our Branches and goes above and beyond to create value for us, our Branches or our clients. This award is open to all staff that support our Branches including CSM’s, Data Integrity roles, event coordinators, and all staff based at support office.
The purpose of our Service Award Program is to acknowledge and value our people and their tenure; recognising that committed, high performing staff provide significant value to the business. The Service Award framework spells out what service recognition employees are entitle to as their service increases.
